I think Haynie needs to get an Ari Gold "Hug It Out, bitch" sesh together with Lally, Melo and b-ball alum friends, AW, etc... even if they have different favorites, get some kumbaya moments intent on burying-of-hatchets, so there aren't such vehement divisions amongst stakeholders...

Whatever decisions are made, get everyone rowing in the same direction when it happens.

If we have learned anything in the last few days, it seems Kent was intent on causing divsions in all-or-nothing power plays, which is unfortunate... Plus we have Dash's reported hug-it-out attempt at this with Lally/Kent and AW that wasn't even given the dignity of a response from the Chancellor's office.

How do we move away from that culture of division behind the scenes? We need a real consensus builder to change that culture. Hope Haynie can be that fence-mender.

Ain't gonna happen overnight, and it's DEFINITELY easier said than done, but hopefully Hainey has a plan to get things more civil amongst the power brokers behind the scenes and mitigate ourselves being our own worst enemies at times.

Sucks but I'm not surprised. I said before Lyke has been festering in the company since last July. That's alot of time so spin things her way especially since we know Kent was pushing her for a year too.

Also I expect the powers that be will take guaranteed money all day long from Lally, that family's checks have always shown up and got cashed.

He holds alot of the cards really because if he even mentions withholding even a small amount from Fran Brown's NIL then we got much bigger problems.

These new promises of 30 mil NIL coming through were rightfully so looked at suspiciously.
