I'm not sure when the switch happened here, probably alot to do with JB's comments along the years, but somewhere defense and other aspects of the game have been lost by some on this board and now it's just focus on shooting and points per game.

And everyone wonders why transitions missing.

Maybe it’s because we focused on athleticism for a few years while we saw the zone get shredded by jump shooters and JB overcompensated.
