I think the hc acts like an outside consultant monitoring things and taking notes. Prob getting recruiting organized is prob more important

Last year staff exited before the bowl game. I don't remember how that was handled and who coached. I do remember that we lost.

The new coach will get a great opportunity to evaluate the players and the staff throughout the practices and bowl game I really think Nunzio has a great chance to be retained and maybe 1-2 more assistants keep their jobs as well I hope Beck is one of them the biggest problem with the football program was Dino, had he coached today we probably would have lost.

I would think he'e using that time to get to know players and staff, evaluate the roster, and get his staff figured out. It's hard to coach guys you know nothing about that have likely been running a different system(s) than the one you're going to run.
