Out of all three of these games this one hurt the most, by far. After those two sacks I admitly felt a pain equal to what I guess someone watching there house burn down would feel ( I know that's a little extreme of a comparison ..... But you get my point ). Now I went through the same rollercoaster as most you prolly. Yes I was pissed, yes I know we literally lost a game that if not for one single penalty we actually won. Then you can get in to the two field goals being on the 1 and not being able to punch it in ... That was most defiantly an incomplete pass! What I'm trying to get at is your all forgetting this is a game there are plenty of factors that go into it you cannot point your finger at any one person I mean come on you people sound like idiots .. Seriously give Shafer a couple million dollars and fire alarm the position coaches . That is so niave to have that kinda way of thinking in are fan base . I bet you don't bitch when bobby Acosta gets us a highly touted recruit . or how light years ahead are offense is from last year . I mean you gotta take a deep breath realize for what it is were young were devoloping we knew there were going to be bumps . there is no merit to someone comparing Shafer to grob that's ridicolous these are two complete different teams Shafer's actually compete! Stop looking at the path and start relizing the map. Shafer deserves to show us the way . we lost young guys to the NFL on d its going to take time to devolop the game I was watching i saw Chris slayton tackle the qb (fr) and quaadir grab it and get 6 (fr) folks the future is going to be bright we just need to keep building trust me stick it out stop all this fire fire blah blah I remember a coach his name was dick macpherson and it took him more then 3 years to turn this around and you all know how that played out

I agree with almost everything you said there. I think a few positional coaches could and should be upgraded. I'm honestly really on the fence with CB. Last year I really thought he called a good defense. My question is this. Everyone knew defense would struggle this year with the loss of so many players. Why isn't the scheme dialed back this year to compensate for all the youth. This years defense is the worst I have ever seen here.
