...it isn't happening until 2013.

So, just how badly do you think PITT and SU are going to get kicked in the nutz by BE officials this year?

no more than any other year...

I don't even think opposing fans will have much to say. Every single remaining school would change spots with us in a New York minute if they could...

That little technicality won't stop 'em. Just look at the SU fans who have been on BC's case even though we had our bags packed too.

This is going to be a tougher-than-usual season for SU on the road in FB and BB. The "uninviteds" aren't going to be happy.

"Then there's only one thing left to do,......Win the whole 'en thing!"

I don't think officials care about this team or that team leaving. Only fans care.

It's not like the officiating was biased against 'Cuse in hoops this year - A season which was played in its entirety after Cuse made the jump.

And the last thing the BE needs is more bad press.

I'd bet my nuts that there will be no blatant examples of vindictive officiating. There will be bad calls for sure, but nothing where people legitimately can say, "oh, that's because Cuse is going to the ACC."

Luckily we don't travel anywhere hostile. Rutgers, Cincy, USF, Temple. All probably nooners. All with crowds who will get to the game at 1. All with crowds that will have as many empty seats as full ones, in some cases moreso. Just glad we're not taking the trip to Morgantown to face a team stuck in the Big East, that was the only worrisome locale. Louisville and UConn could have been unfriendly, but they both come here.

Aaahhh the officiating at the Big East Tourney was less than stellar for us. I remember a couple of What calls as we were coming back on Cincy.

I expect to see better officiating in the Big East this year.

Tim Higgins has retired.

More likely to see vindictive scheduling coming from the Big East office. Don't expect any weekend home games this season. Do expect a lot of Saturday/Monday back-to-back road games.

BE refs sure didn't screw SU in the Toledo game last season.

Guaranteed Cuse fans use that line.

These posts on the refs are always a stretch to me.. I don't think the refs for football or basketball care either way. I just don't, sure every bad call will be presented as some huge conspiracy against Syracuse but oh well
