Is Julius Hodge going to be at the NCST game?

Anyone ever try this?

I found it yesterday and trying it tonight. They also had a Chocolate Cherry Bock. Both were the first batch they made so I have no idea what to expect.

Image doesnt show up at work. What is it?

Sam Adams' Griffin's Bow.

It's an Oaked Blonde Barleywine Ale. 11.5 ABV

Nah I haven't. BA gives it mixed reviews and says it might do better if you aged it a bit which is pretty standard with Barleywines.

Sam Adams makes decent beer but nothing that has ever wowed me. Their Imperial Stout was pretty bland and that's the last I've bought from them aside from at restaurants.

Sam's my go to when I'm not feeling adventurous. But these seemed out of the box for Sam's so I decided to give it a shot.

Pretty safe bet that it won't be aweful. I have a list of microbreweries that are fail safe in my mind to buy cases but if I'm at Sam The Beerman or somewhere I usually get a plethora of brands.
