The number one thing I am dissapointed in is our staff. Player development as well as recruiting took a major nose dive after Hop left. I know we are all frustrated with JB, but is it possible that nothing has changed on his end and this was more Hops program before he left? I do remember him being a player favorite, and any footage of a practice I've seen back then it was Hop running drills etc.
Fwiw, my brother is a huge Nova fan, and he thinks we need another exit plan for JB like we had before that didn't end up happening. It would give some clarity to recruits, as well as fans and players and coaches about our program.
