Hopefully next year Jim Boeheim is coaching Boeheims Army and there are no ringers. Find a new venue I don't think we've made it out of OCC the years they have hosted games.

How many were there this year 7 or 8?
We have always had a couple they just added good ringers last year not making most of the team non SU guys.
I'm glad they didn't get blown out yesterday and I hope everyone had a good time over the weekend but I am not interested if the team doesn't go back to being predominantly SU players and Devo doesn't suit up.

There were just 4 non SU guys and 6 exSU players. Morgan, Kane, Kennedy and Bost. Two of them were injured with Kane logging only 7 minutes total. Ennis was injured playing only half of 1 game. SU players were Ennis, Rak, Jimmy B, Andrew White, CJ, and Marek.

I don’t want Devo back. Love the kid and his fire on the court. But as the 2nd assistant you can’t be getting a technical and go off like he did. Pope should have asked him to leave the bench after that display.

Highlight of the weekend for me sticking up for his guys wish he was on the staff I bet he'd recruit better than the 3 assistants we have. team after that leg sweep crap.
Its a fun tournament this year was the only one I disliked but we did win it last year. If some of our guys want to team up with DeAndre Kane and Kyle Wiltjer in the future they should just create their own team.
I have been thinking that we should be fielding 2 teams with the guys left off the official BA roster joining up to field another team for a few years now.

I hear this but the garbage coming from TNT was unacceptable. If Nelson is getting a free pass for what he tried to connect then Devo is the least of the concerns for winning in this tourney.

I’ve been thru the Gerg era. This is nothing. What’s hard is knowing my kids may never become true SU fans despite my best efforts… simply because the product has been so consistently mediocre in both sports.

To be completely honest, every year the TBT reminds me of just how good a coaching staff we have at Syracuse. Because even with years of maturing and working in their games, our former players really just aren’t very good. I love the guys but when you see how they play now vs what JB was able to get them to do at cuse, it’s a near miracle.
