It took Marrone's absolute worst day as a coach for Shady to finally beat him. LMAO.

Can't wait for Rutgers to rot in the MAC.

It's not too funny if you believe that it will impact Marrone's already shaky recruiting against Schiano.

We got beat by a terrible gameday coach and a backup QB. Marrone needs to step it up.

Also, good thing he kept all those injuries a secret.

We played our way into a very level game. Left too many points out there. Not too big a deal...Play it again and we win by 15. Not worried about winning more games in the future.

Shady will have to overcome the Big East imploding and losing their AQ status. That will most certainly kill his recruiting for quite a while.

My guess is he's now selling some myth that they are going to the ACC or the Big Ten, just to try to save face.

Well it'd be nice if we could outrecruit someone on our own merits. Simply being in the ACC won't make us better at recruiting.

Being in a (stable BCS) conference most certainly will have an impact on recruiting, especially when you are going head to head for recruits vs the likes of UConn and RU, whose futures are most certainly up in the air.

Would you commit to a 4 year school that might be playing in some MAC hybrid conference within 2 years?

BC fans said the same thing 7 years ago. They currently 1 and 4 with losses to Duke and Wake Forest.
