hope he can stay at this level or close to it all year.
Just WoW :crazy:how's this?
19 min - 15 pts - 6 reb - 4 asst - 1 blk
I was very impressed with James tonight. If he can keep it up he will earn some serious minutes.hope he can stay at this level or close to it all year.
Robert Horry wishes he had half the athleticism JS has.he makes me think of robert horry. i have no idea why, except the height and deadly range. i don't see any parallels in their college stats though. southerland's ability to freeze the defender without a dribble, and then shoot over them, could become an nba level move.
His worst enemy seems to be himself. He has a lot of talent and I hope he continues to improve and be more consistent. If he can come off the bench and add 5 rebounds as well as shoot like he's capable, SU will be in very good shape and it's another weapon Boeheim can use to counter a team going to the zone and by the way he played yesterday, even man.
He does not need the dribble to score. As long as he has enough of a handle to escape pressure and avoid turnovers, he can be an offensive asset on the court. He had games like this his freshman year so lets not get ahead of ourselves. Until I see that he can confidently handle the ball on the dribble I will reserve my praise. He still struggles doing anything but dunks and planted jump shots.
False. His worst enemy is s high-level Division I basketball player who have a scouting report and can use it.
Manhattan stinks. They may be the worst team we face all season.
Hope James can keep playing well -- the team could absolutely use him as an option. I remain skeptical though until he faces some level of competition. Fordham and Manhattan are god-awful.
