He said when they know anything, a press release will come out. Did confirm that regardless of the outcome, Fab can practice with the team.

Sorry there wasn't more.

Thanks. Didn't have a radio on.

Why would they have a press release saying he will remain on the team? I'm thinking we're gonna get some bad news soon. Just a gut feeling.

maybe because it is news either way?

it may be the case that there is bad news - but having a press release isn't because of it.

it is national sporting news that the #1 team in the entire country has been missing their center to a quasi-suspension. they will have some sort of release with either decision.

I really try to not contribute anything to the usefulness of this board.

Ha! I think you're in the same boat as myself w/ no insider info but enough cognitive thought that people find some of your posts insightful. All I can do is put together the pieces that other folks submit.

Essentially, he'd be reinstated. And that would warrant a release.

I have such a bad feeling about this. I'm trying to stay positive but I'm nauseous right now, anticipating bad news. Hope to hell I'm wrong.

If you are ineligible you can practice?

maybe he would be deemed syracuse ineligible, but not ncaa ineligible?

which brings me to point A. there should be no such thing as syracuse inelible with a #1 ranked undefeated team. I will have chancy's head if this is a cuse thing.

I believe it's been said a few times, but Fab (as far as SU has said) is NOT ineligible. He is appealing something, and during that appeal he is not ineligible, but I assume being held out so the NCAA doesn't come sniffing around if he is later ruled ineligible.
