Too much bureaucratese in that title. Makes it sound like the position was there first, and JB just happened to fill it, which it wasn't. Or that it will be there after he leaves, which it won't.

Title should be something like "Coach Emeritus".

i hope "special assistant's" salary is 2$ dollars a year or else all goes back to the university fund cuz we owe this multimillionaire nothing more. if he wants to VOLUNTEER his time i'm cool with it. but if he wants more money screw him.
