Well Roy despite his roster depth, talent and the score throughout the game, played all 5 of his starters over 30 minutes. Berry played 36 minutes, Williams, Johnson 34, Maye 33 minutes and Pinson 30 minutes.

Agree that I saw guys at the scorers table way more frequently than those numbers might suggest. Probably grabbing guys an extra minute before the tv time outs or just doing things that make sense to grab an extra min or 2 of rest periodically.

Okay, but this was my point about Howard Washington. Before he got hurt, he should've been playing 8-10 minutes a game. Everyone said otherwise. JB rode FH and TB into the ground, even with HW healthy.

5 games is not a lot over the course of a season, only sounds like a lot in a vaccum on a BB forum.

You could also argue those 5 games could be seen as accumulative advantage.
