Its tough being a high profile person this day in age with smartphones etc. Think about all the BS Michael Irvin was caught doing, theres no outcry to get him off espn. Whenever something like this happens the pitch forks come out, fire him, ban him, cut him, etc. Then they go out and support some other loser in hypocritical fashion.

Not saying Rice didnt deserve to be cut and suspended, just the hypocrisy of it all.

Huh? Yes there was. Irvin was fired from ESPN due to rape allegations.

I see where you are going with this and you are correct...I said as much to a buddy on Sunday who said "RAY LEWIS murdered people and played". I think the majority of people believe this.

He just was a witness to the murder and wouldn't "snitch" on his friends. I'm not defending nor suggesting he's a good person for doing so, but it's much different from him actually murdering people
