OK, that's what I thought at first as well. Turns out, they didn't kill any chickens until just before the tailgate started, so they didn't have to buy food. To top it off, they then sold the chicken that was meant for me. I think they got, like, 35 cents for it. Plus my 65 cents. So it added up, know what I'm sayin'?

I once heard a historian tell of Lincoln’s disposition that evening. Story was that Booth was supposed to be in the box with him and bought the seat. When he said he couldn’t stay and wouldn’t pay for the seat, Lincoln said “You’re a Dick” and Booth shot him. That whole tale makes so much more sense in light of this “tail-gate” revelation.

I can guess what he was getting at, but the correct answer is "Fran did not care if he was safe from media attacks." HCFB admitted on national TV when he didn't shower, he's just not someone that will get embarrassed by doing this. Nor should he be.

I originally had a bunch in my comment on this and the posting of certain sources but quickly edited my comment as I felt it got too political. A boundary I already pushed once this week.
