The apathy is a defense mechanism. Why subject oneself to a recurring script offering the same plotlines and result, every time we play a halfway decent team.
We seemingly can't beat good teams, and do nothing but faceplant vs very good teams. And the worst part is, nothing is seemingly being done to flip the script, as it were. And honestly, what can be done at this stage? We're stuck in neutral.
Our HC refuses to change, and the roster we trot out each game simply doesn't measure up. One man's apathy, is another man's cry for help.
