K St vs Io St review What

SO they call a jump ball on a scrum then review. They come out of a review with a foul on the K St player who jumped on the floor which it was but they didn't call it live so I thought they could not call a common foul after the review. Plus they call a dead ball T on the Io St player who was on the ground fighting for the ball. I am lost anymore on the rules. I thought it should have just been a jump ball as called on the court had they called a foul on the K St guy live I'd have been fine with it as well. But to review and give these guys fouls seems stupid to me.

I know the refs have hard job but some of these calls are so bad it looks like they have money on the game

That's what I thought as well. Seems like these clowns just make the rules up as they deem necessary.
