But there was definitely helmet to helmet contact with #6 leading with the crown of his cap.

Clemson was a 17 Point home favorite in this game and needed NC State kicker to miss a 35 yard FG to win.
Plus Pitt was a 20.5 Point underdog the same year and did this.

Clemson is a big time favorite but we can compete with them. I don’t expect the game to be over in the early second quarter.

I'm not taking anything away from that and you guys can do the exact same thing. I just never understood why it was continually harped on that we basically lost even though we didn't. I just always thought that was bizarre.

Watch the game, or even look at the box score. We outplayed NC State badly--they had bad luck on the FG, but we turned the ball over in the red zone 3-4 times (at least twice on the goal line). They definitely got unlucky on the FG, but they needed more luck than we had just to keep the game close.

Last year was another story. Our games against them and y'all in 2017 were very competitive. Y'all in particular kicked our ass. Nothing like the 2016 NC State game.

Clemson fans seem to be clamoring for rhe freshman lawrence. He threw for 176 and 4 tds last game. Interesting wrinkle this week. Could impact game prep. It seems more likely to me both qbs will play. Will be interesting to see who gets the nod in a close game.

This is accurate. Dungey just got squished on a clean play. I imagine bouleware is the type of guy you love on your team, but love to hate as an opponent.

I got you. No he hasn't. Our offensive line has held up pretty well this year and he hasn't seen any complicated coverage schemes. This weekend will bring a different look that I hope he is prepared for.
