This is honestly a poor evaluation of what people seem to have the most problem. It is the inconsistency of calls. As long as the whistle is going both ways for equal things I don't notice, its when the rules seem to change over the course of a game. And big time moments cause certain officials to want to make their presence known.

so say one team is kentucky with 10-11 pretty good plays and one team is SU with 5-6 pretty good players. the refs call it consistently wrong and call bogus fouls all game long. one team is in big trouble .

this is why teams that are deeper and play with more pressure have always caused problems.
