Except he hasn't moved up he's taken basically the same job everywhere he's went.

How do you know it isn't a pay raise? The titles that they use for these positions is vague and broad at the same time.

Who among us doesn't want a raise and to move up? Stop criticizing the guy for looking to advance in his career. It is the American Way!

No shame in advancing but is that really the case when you change jobs every 12 months? Seems like an underlying issue that we may never know about. If he was that good why aren't the current schools holding onto him?

I know he would never be hired as part of any of our businesses and I'm confident there are many other business owners who don't hire folks like that who bounce around like a tennis ball.

He doesn't seem to have a problem getting hired! So, he must have some skills these programs recognize. Coaching/athletic administration is a very transient profession, especially if you are the head man!
