I would actually be surprised if he doesn't take a big jump next year. I think this past year was disappointing to everyone involved and hopefully it humbled him some. I think he fully expected to have a bigger impact than he ended up having. He just needs to be a better basketball player all around - take better shots, hustle back on D, look to make plays for his teammates, be reliable at the free throw line, and just do what is needed to win. I think he can do most of those things.

In other words, he has to be better at everything. If he plays like he did last year he will be at the end of the bench.
