It was a quip, and I was being factitious...However, there are a lot of players that "weren't good enough" to play here who have shown well in a the NCAA tournament...Red's lineups the whole year didn't exactly make sense...Davis had an outstanding game rebounding and had a Double Double, than he didn't play the next game at all...Coaches like Izzo and Pitno have been able to get a lot of their "lesser" players.

Possible but I think Petar will stay but that's because we "forget" to have the talk with him and he doesn't know he can go in the portal on his own. Sort of like how we miscommunicated the starting lineup that one game.

Petar has the highest chance of coming back. I don't see him holding much value in the portal. Freeman and Moore could easily go and will receive good offers as they both showed a lot of potential, obviously Freeman more than Moore. JJ is a veteran and a good slasher/scorer who holds value in the right situation.

So, I can see Petar coming back and JJ being a long but possible shot.

Personally I think Kyle could have been a better player if he wasnt treated like a human yo yo. The way Red used him made absolutely no sense to me. When he was playing well, he sat on the bench. When he was playing like cattle dung, he played a lot and just chucked away.
Players need consistent playing time and coaching to improve and flourish.
He was my favorite player for his attitude and defensive intensity.
But for whatever reason, Red really had no faith in him.
I was hoping he would transfer to get some playing time and respect elsewhere.
Ironic because it was widely reported earlier in the season that he was one of, if not the leader, in the locker room.

A university's endowment funds cannot be used for any purpose the university desires; they are typically restricted by donors for specific uses like scholarships, research, or faculty positions, and only the investment returns, not the principal, can be spent.
