I know results speak for themselves, but I agree. University needs to get the hype machine rolling ASAP if McCord is to come back.

This year was program changing. A second year of McCord with the schedule next year could really accelerate solidifying our position. I won't hold my breath, but my goodness would that be absolutely amazing.

Yeah, first things first. But, Kyle really deserves a run at the Heisman if he comes back. If he comes back and we beat the hillbilly TN, then it's on...we get Gameday and Kyle is is a frontrunner.

All I will say is, the chances there is another McCord in the portal (for anyone) is extremely low. If we like/trust Jakhari as much as some posters seem to think, it's worth it to wait on Kyle for sure. There is no better QB option in the country for this team than him. Even if it doesn't end up happening, there is a second portal window to find some competition for Jakhari.

As of right now, there isn't anyone in the portal that truly excites us as fans. Certainly some options, but nothing that has even a small prayer of providing what Kyle McCord did this year. Push the NCAA to make a decision soon and go from there.
