If the NCAA is going to approve the 5 for 5 which is expected to happen this summer, I think they will approve McCord for this. Since his decision to enter the draft would be different if he got a 5 for 5

I don’t envy the coaches having to work through the roster what ifs and the portal right at this moment. Talk about a tough time of managing messaging and players.

Worth repeating. The NCAA has two options.

A lawsuit involving Kyle McCord, Fran Brown, Ryan Day, SU, Ohio State.

Or they can give a simple waiver for the leagues passing leader and have a huge uptick in the media hype for next year. A 22 year old kid that barely played his freshman and sophomore year. A waiver that they will prob give to any player that requests a similar waiver over the next several years.
