Personally think Duke is better than an 8, not sure how 9 wins in their last 10 doesn't merit a better ranking. Maryland's loss today helps in overall #1 seed for the NCAA tournament but one has to wonder how far Cuse could fall with a first round loss in ACC tournament. Lose a close one in the ACC final and I think they are still the #1 seed. Still 2 weekends of lacrosse to figure it all out.

Rutgers/Penn State Sunday night is a big game as the loser will miss the B1G tournament and likely keep them out of the NCAAs as well.

Gotta think so, unless (possibly) they lose to Hartford and their first AE game. They are now #7 in RPI (Laxpower real-time).

Not necessarily but what this does do is put albany in that 6-8 seed game as either the seeded or unseeded team. Basically it all but guarantees that if SU falls to a 2 or 3 seed we wont play albany

Will they get an 8 seed if they lose in the B1G tourney? Even if they win they win the first round, will that be enough to give them an 8 seed?
