Certainly not the end of the world for Maryland with their very difficult schedule and wins over Richmond and Penn already but that is a bad loss after Nova got smoked by PSU and Yale. Also who the heck set up Nova's schedule, surprised UVA and us aren't on there. Good lord.

Perhaps, a little bit of a trap game for UMd after beating Penn on Saturday.
Of course, Villanova, losing badly to PSU on Saturday, was perhaps willing to bang their head through a brick wall to win. Maryland did have to travel.

The way Maryland has been playing so far reminds a little bit of UVa last February and early March.

These strange midweek results, like Maryland and Army, often make me wonder about the championship game on Memorial day Monday.
