tried to talk myself into loyola, but they've been the most up and down team in america the last 2 years, includ getting boatraced by rutty last year.

don't love the terps with the hook. might convince myself to take the points with navy or tosu instead.

army's scheduling is a mystery. year after year it makes them aq or bust. w.t.. with a 3rd year w/mercer, not coincidentally as 'cuse starts a series w/ the lost cause and they "can't find a weekend". alberici great coach, needs an ops guy that understands rpi.

Couldn't agree more on Army, I don't think they really get how OOC scheduling works. You know the OOC and the bottom half of the Patriot has kept you out of the Torney multiple times the past decade, why would you schedule Mercer knowing you already play Holy Cross and the bottom 2-3 teams of the Patriot will be absolute dregs.

I also know they like the yearly Umass game, but that's not a game that's helping your numbers and hasn't in a long time ditto Rutgers the last three years. I give them kudos for brining Yale in the fold and the UNC game should unlike last year pay dividends this year but they really needed another big game ala a Duke or a Cornell or ND something.

FYI for those of you looking for Vermont vs Utah scores, the game was moved to New Hampshire apparently. No live stats or streaming. Only updates are Vermont Mens lax twitter which has it 1-1 in the 1st.

Couldn't agree more on Army, I don't think they really get how OOC scheduling works. Agree on the analysis. Mercer scheduling may be connected to their Assistant Coach, Rick Lewis, who has Georgia connections. Rick Lewis Sr. coaches one of the most successful HS programs and is involved with one of the club programs in and around Atlanta.

They also have 4 Georgia players on their roster including both Plunkett brothers and their starting, freshman attackman.
