Getting a player (who I assume) understands Kehres’ system really well, and how they do their weekly installs and checks is HUGE.

He will be a valuable resource for the other players to check in with to fully grasp systems and concepts through the offseason and week-to-week in the fall.

Now we just need Tremble to add 10-15 lbs in the offseason and get closer in size to his brother. Jamie was listed at just 6'-4" and 222 lbs last season.
