Reading the Syr.Com article this morning made me feel terrible. I can only imagine how those involved feel.

Can anybody tell us WHY the aggressor has NOT been charged??

Even football players.

Great article in the PS today. Lots of detail. It makes the University look bad. Allen is the only person in this case that makes any sense. This is an embarrassment for the University. If they don’t come to a settlement before the court date, they are out of their minds. I’m starting to wonder if this incident had anything to do with Chestnut going into the portal. For any student to be treated this way is just plain wrong.

Chestnut’s another rabbit hole, but he didn’t just leave because of nil.

My daughter is a rising senior, and will start applying to colleges in August. SU was on the list. It is absolutely OFF the list now. She will not apply and never will. .

SU should be embarrassed. So if a fellow student stabs someone that person should sit back and take it or just try and run to call campus safety? Who the hell signed off on this??

Sounds more and more like the kind of case FIRE would take. But lawsuits take time. Kid needs a decision NOW.
