Lets all get on the same page about what's happening

I won't say who or where, but I've known Division 1 basketball players that barely even received playing time that I'm pretty positive were being paid/receiving gifts. I can't say it with certainty/I never directly asked, but I don't think there's any other rational explanation for what they were able to acquire during their time as student-athletes.

I can’t speak for other schools, but Syracuse has the David Falk school of Sports Management.

Many schools have coaching minors. My SUNY school did even back in the days of old.

There's also a sports agency concentration available at some law schools. Many agents (at least at the professional level) are lawyers, because of the need to interpret and structure complex contracts.
Agreed. The trend has continued to move more toward a law concentration. That said, there are also a significant number of CPA's that are sports agents.
