I read an article today about how Jerry Jones charges $20-$27 for a tour of Cowboys Stadium. In 1 year, they're approaching 1 million visitors.

Now I am not going to start by saying Gross should do this and he too will get close to 1 million visitors, but who says they can't get several thousands visitors? If they were to charge a nominal fee of $10-$15 for an in-depth tour of the Carrier Dome, the Melo Center and Manley Field House, how could this not be a profitable way to secure not only local revenue but also an additional opportunity to sell tickets and get the locals involved.

Based on average ticket sales for both basketball and football, I don't think it is out of the question for the athletic department to attract 25,000 fans in 1 year.

yeah, i guarantee chicks would pay $10 to get a glimpse of the pee-troughs..:D

For $15 you can watch an actual football game in the Carrier Dome. :)

Who would want to tour the Dome? Maybe the Melo Center and the rest of Manley, including all of the facilities (weight room, locker rooms, training rooms, etc.). But not the Dome. ;)
