Louisville Postgame

Yesterday, more than ever, showed a complete lack of effort. I know we have lost by more (lol), but other than Sadiq, we cannot say another player was trying. If LVILLE had Brown, and was playing their A-game, I think it would have been a 30-40 pt loss. JJ, who is obv limited, usually plays hard. He was checked out yest. Donnie and Betsey really stuck out. Betsey has become unplayable. He like mopes around. Thank god the pain is almost over… well, hopefully!

LOL, you all will be be calling for firing the next head coach soon enough. What does BC, Cuse, Pitt have in common with the ACC?
I can’t with you. If we hire Schertz or Hodgson, please come back and eat crow about the bygone Big East nonsense. Pitt can also be good again, if they hadn’t hired Lyke and signed an albatross contract with Capel.

I had to turn it off. We couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn. My eyes, my eyes!

I am a masochist. I watched the whole game (it counts when I fell asleep).

Not sure I can do it again Saturday though...

Most of all...the Orange need someone to drastically change the culture.

DEFEND hard...EVERY play.
MOVE the ball...EVERY possession.
And MOVE without the ball.

NO excuses.
If anyone dogs it...first apologize to dogs and then pull the guy.
No matter who it is and no matter when.

The players are pros now.
Expect them to play like it.

Only 2 more maybe 3 at most
If our opponent is Florida State, I think we will have three. The first day underdogs should be Notre Dame, Syracuse and Wake Forest. Their opponents should be VA Tech, Florida State and Stanford. I don't think we could beat VA tech and Stanford.

The students are on spring break next week so they won’t be there to chant against Red. I hope we can get a win. I think Red wants to win more than anyone else and it’s rather sad the way things have worked out for him and the program. I just hope fans give our former player some respect on Saturday. He will always be Orange and we need to just wish him well and move on. Red will want the next guy to do well. Some people will say that he’s made a lot of money and we shouldn’t feel sorry for him. Money doesn’t make him feel a whole lot better about how the season has gone. Time for blaming is over and we just need to move on. Red was put into a situation where he just wasn’t ready for this job and he did what he thought was right. I feel the University failed him. He wasn’t prepared for the job and the University was slow to provide him everything he needed to be successful. I think the next coach is in a far better place than what Red came into the program with.
Red has risen to his level of incompetency. (The Peter Principle). He is a disaster as a HC. He needs to go back to being an assistant coach somewhere and work for a good HC where he can just implement what the HC wants to run.

He probably needs to be an assistant a the P4 level for a few years before getting another shot anymore as a HC
id say lower

start him at janitor and make him earn his way back up

I can’t believe with how bad our three guards have played that Fennell can’t get a chance. He played against Drexel back in December and actually looked pretty good. It makes no sense to me. This is an example of Red not holding players accountable for their play. He keeps trotting out the same players and getting the same results. Why not the big freshman center too. What does he have to lose?

I can honestly say that I couldn’t care less how red feels about winning, or how bad he feels about the season. I wanted him to feel bad about last season and make changes, but he didn’t. He got almost 2M to do the same exact thing as last year just he asked donors for 4M more in NIL
