This is the game the boys would benefit immensely from an energetic crowd.
On one leg with one arm he’s head and shoulders better than any center on SUThankfully, C Malik Williams (6-11, 250) is still out with a foot injury.
We beat Ga Tech both times last year (including a blowout) and they basically have the same key players, minus James Banks in the middle. We can beat them this season. But, yea, Moses Wright is good though.Watching GT. What I would do to have Moses Wight on SU. He’s tough and his motor never stops. Marek will foul out in twenty minutes.
Louisville seems to have developed a strange rebounding concept called blocking out.Only go 7 deep most nights, must be poor coaching. Johnson is their main 3 point threat but has been slumping. 6-20 from 3 and 14-40 overall in his last 4 games. Not overly big - they go 6'8", 6'7", 6'5" up front but looks like they all go after the class with 4 guys averaging more that 5 boards per game. They are 4th in the ACC in rebounding margin. Had their game agains BC potponed Saturday but the are currently blowing out a good Georgia Tech team
We all know that is impossible to do while in a zone. How is one to find an opposing player and put their ass in to them and keep them from getting rebounding position while in a zone? IT IS UNPOSSIBLE!!!!Louisville seems to have developed a strange rebounding concept called blocking out.
That seems to be our kryptonite. We need to match their energy down low. They are not great but they are physical and play hard. Not a combo that I like against us.
