Starting to come out of the closet again in several threads.
The debate got masked by the overwhelming regular season record.
I for one, never changed my core oprinion that we should be primarily a Zone team that can at least play a few minutes of man to change the tempo from time to time. We should have a second D to change the look - if not man maybe a 1-3-1 Zone - just anything to mix it up.
Would it have changed the OSU outcome - maybe not, but it would have been nice to have done something to change the tempo in a game in which we were pretty clearly being outplayed. The change in D's sure worked for the Ville - why is it a given that it can't work for the Cuse ????
