This thread spurred me to watch the game again (I have it on dvr). I watched from Devo's shot and the 6 OTs. The commentary from McDonough, Bilas, and Raftery in the OTs was priceless. Btw, amazing how hair styles have changed. Except for Paul Harris, Kyle Cuffe's hairstyle is longer than any player's on either team.

Sheesh. I can vaguely remember feeling at the time going into that game that we were having a so-so year, nothing to be excited about. We were ranked 18th in the nation. Alas

Ended up getting a 3 seed thanks to this run

Tourney bid locked up before the BET started

Big East/ACC each got 7 bids in the dance, SEC had 3 seeds
