dont get me wrong, I think Marrone was a good hire at the time and righted the ship; He got us Back on track. But you all make me laugh when you say you would have him back in a heart beat and how amazing he was. Which confuses me because after he left everyone said that 7 wins was probably his ceiling. Not only that, but every week I am continually reminded how we lack talent and that is what is holding us back. Yet Marrone was responsible for all these players!! These are his recruits!!!! Is this where Syracuse football stands? Just hoping and praying for 7 win seasons and a bowl game? Settling for mediocrity?
