SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Syracuse concludes a six-game homestand when it hosts Maryland on Monday, Nov. 27 in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge. Tip-off in the Carrier Dome is set for 7 p.m.

For Starters
- Syracuse defeated Toledo, 72-64, on Wednesday night to improve to 5-0 this season.
- Three different players scored in double figures in the win. Junior Frank Howard led the way with a career-high 25 points. Freshman Oshae Brissett recorded 17 points with 14 rebounds and redshirt-freshman Matthew Moyer added 11 points.
- The Orange and the Terrapins will meet for the ninth time. Maryland leads the all-time series 5-3, but Syracuse has won the last three meetings.
Scouting the Terrapins
- Maryland enters the matchup with a 6-1 record and will be playing its third game in four days. The Terrapins most recently defeated New Mexico and lost to St. Bonaventure in the Emerald Coast Classic.
- Anthony Cowan leads Maryland with 15.3 points per game followed by Kevin Huerter (10.7) and Bruno Fernando (10.4). Dion Wiley averages 9.3 points per game with 9.1 rebounds.
- Mark Turgeon is in his seventh season at the helm of the Maryland Program. He led the Terrapins to their third consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance in the 2016-17 season.

Syracuse meets Kansas on Saturday, Dec. 2 in the Miami Hoophall Invitational. Tip-off is at 5:30 p.m. in the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Fla.
