I'd still care.

Every game matters when you're in a system that ranks teams 1-130 and has a four team playoff. A win against Clemson would be awesome but it would leave a lot of "what if" questions that would haunt me.

Temple had our game tape to prepare and they too are a top 10 team.

There’s some guys with lots of posts and legends in their own minds. There’s also some guys that defended Shafer as a coach to the very end. So like in real life, take some people with a grain of salt.

After last weeks game I still didn’t buy into the idea Maryland was THAT good. It makes sense they just played a game that everything went right. Those games happen. We’ll know in ACC play whether the Maryland game is meaningless or not.

Me too. It shows that these are 18-22 year old college kids. It just shows how good you can look one week and be just as bad the very next week. Same can be said from going bad to good. I think you will see the "good" Syracuse team tonight

Well, sure. Some of the signs are that Clemson has insanely talented players.

That. And we’ve been less than impressive in both games. Struggle with Liberty for much of the way, and lose by 43 to Maryland.

This would be even more stunning than 2017, if we were to win IMO.

After last weeks game I still didn’t buy into the idea Maryland was THAT good. It makes sense they just played a game that everything went right. Those games happen. We’ll know in ACC play whether the Maryland game is meaningless or not.

Nope but today they were a pretty clearly a good team just completely 'off' Jackson couldn't make a big play, his WRs dropped everything, and they had maybe 5 trips to the red zone that resulted in 0 points. Temple got all their yards and points in a couple plays. If we got to play them in a letdown spot coming off a big win I think we'd win. If we see them in a bowl I think we win. But last week with our D reading this board fluffing them for playing well against LIberty and thinking they were all first rounders we were primed to get crushed lots of teams would have done that to us with the effort we brought.
