I remember him as a grad assistant in 2002 or so. Crazy that he's at the top of the game now as a coordinator. Good for him. He was a short, stocky guy.

A friend of mine is very good friends with him and speaks highly of him. They met in college and played football together. Matt and I were in my friend's wedding party together, which is the only time I met him.
