Really good use of a Bowl Game IMO. Enrique Cruz started his off-season by starting against a Big Ten DL. Good experience

Plus, given how bad the field conditions were, should he have gotten hurt, everyone would have asked why did he play? Bergeron is a Day 1-2 pick. The staff looked out for him.

Mock drafts have low predictive significance, so take with a grain of salt.

But this two-round mock draft has Bergeron going 35th [the fourth pick of the 2nd round]. Pretty damn good.

FWIW, they also have Garrett Williams in round 2, toward the end.
