Agreed. The way it sounded prior to season was that hunt couldn't throw...seems to have plenty of arm.

Lol. Before the game everyone said this game will show us nothing as far as the QBs are concerned because who we are playing. Now that it is Hunt putting up the big numbers the game really does matter to the QBs.

And look at my posts I was all for Hunt playing the whole time and didn't want Allen to even play this game. I just found it funny how people had this game doesn't mean much excuse all ready to go if Allen actually did good

Sure I agree and I said that last week my post has nothing to do with Hunt versus Allen because like I said it isn't a real competition Allen has been awful and shouldn't even have started this game. My post is about the Hunt people that talked all week how we will not learn much from this game because we are playing Wagner. Now that it is Hunt not Allen showing out it is a different story.

I think SS really fell in love with last years offense and wanted to replicate that this year. Drew has a strong arm and looked the part and reminds me a lot of the way Nassib played his first year. I think Hunt is a lot more comfortable and I hope he continues to develop. Hunt is a lot like the traditional Cuse QBs that are mobile.

Hunt is made for the read option, he has the ability to run, he makes good fakes on the handoffs, holds the linebackers for a split second, which helps the blocking. He also set up the Gulley touchdown by looking downfield, and quickly turning and finding Gulley in the flat.

The plan before the game was to give Allen 3 series, and Hunt 3 series, and it turned out they decided to go with Hunt after his 3 series.

I agree about overemphasized you knew where the ball was, and with hunt you had to wait, and be sure who had the ball, which our good QB's did, Donnie, Marvin, and Donovan.
