The NCAA doesn’t do “trial balloons”. This is coming, and if they know it’s coming, they would be remiss in not allowing players seeking a 5th year of eligibility.

IMHO this is a green light and pathway for Kyle’s waiver to be approved, and I think it will be.
This also makes McCord’s appeal and several similar ones irrelevant and could be a compromise on the result from the Pavia case which is currently under an interim agreement while final settlement is being crafted.
