Trying to “protect” a young secondary by dropping back and only bringing 3 or 4 literally makes zero sense. If you’re not getting to the Quarterback you’re asking that young secondary to defend for 5, 6, 7 seconds. Which is impossible. We haven’t gotten home with 3 or 4 all year. This is the game to send heat if there ever was one.

This D coordinator needed to be let go after the Stanford game. Why a defensive coach like Brown puts up with these p^&*y play calls is beyond me.

And this is why getting game day is not a great idea. This program does not show up under the bright lights. Hopefully at some point coach fran will fix the talent differences but it ain’t this year.
