Team Syracusefan… my daughter’s basketball game was rescheduled for 2PM today. I will only be with you in spirit and via TV.

‘Tis a sad day. A day filled with hope for the 5th Grade traveling girls’ youth Raiders, but personal sorrow for the biggest game in modern history for Syracuse football due to my absenteeism.

I will coach these children passionately and will not waiver in our mission. But know this, a part of my soul will be filled with emptiness, like my season tickets seats.

Was at the Dome for McNabb's last game. Bought tix off someone from the Syracuse.com message board on Thanksgiving weekend (thank you to that kind human). Went with my dad when I was a senior in HS.

Most memorable game I attended in the Dome, basketball included.
