Miami Gameday...

Quit on Him then and don’t say anything next year when we shock the world

Whose quitting on him? How about going a half with put a half dozen false starts and actually scoring an offensive TD? I'm not worried about next year right now.

All the empty seats in that building. Biggest fair weather fans in the country.
Miami fans only show up when it's a marquee opponent like FSU, Florida, ND, etc. It was 80 degrees and sunny there today. You can go to the beach or watch a profoundly ugly football game.

Half dozen? There were two? And a motion on a punt.

I said, not that I agree. But I think that is what he was thinking. They gained a majority of the yards running on that drive.
Yes I was fine with the call. I figured he’d throw another int.

I'm saying Nixon needs to call plays that the other quarterbacks can perform to be successful. He is calling trash plays.
Give us a package of 12 sure fire plays that are going to work with this personnel. I’m sure it’s obvious

If not for the Clemson game this would be the worst season I have ever watched (assuming we don't beat BC). We are on our way to 10 bad games.

Did some halfway decent things for long stretches of the first half - a plus.

Unfortunately, crapped the bed in a number key situations and simply folded.

We're not very good and reverted to type, sadly.

This offense is so inept. And Fran is overselling the youth movement as a mask that we can’t do a thing without a really good quarterback. So fugly to watch.

You trust Rickie throwing the ball
After a pick 6?
I didn't want him to throw the ball but what's to be gained from handing off to the RB? Just take a knee and kick the FG. Bad risk/reward there.

I’ve been shocked that Willis hasn’t taken a leap. Has all the tools to be a dominant NFL draft pick caliber running back but he just runs into the backs of lineman and puts the ball on the turf. Frustrating.
Dominant NFL draft pick caliber? I still have hope for Yasin, but come on now.

That’s all any of this is about is next year. I don’t know what happened, but at least kick the FG.

Not that I agree but do you really want Rickie throwing? You have one timeout. Try to run it in first. If that doesn’t work, then throw on 2nd and 3rd down.

Miami has everyone with a pulse in the box, your not gonna be able to run it there for a TD. You have to throw the ball. This isn't pop warner

Yes. He’s absolutely massive and has speed to go with it. If he could put everything together why wouldn’t he be? He was a 4 star recruit and the number 1 back in his state for a reason.

Reality is Fran deserves criticism for the qb room. But there is nothing you can do to fix Collins. It’s pretty clear 3-1 / 0-8… as crazy as it is, next year with a hopefully competent qb room is going to be much different.

Have to move on from the year.

Better to have a youth movement than play the older guys who checked out already .
