Regardless of the age of the article... the statement is weird. How does comparing the total combined losses of several teams to a single teams losses make sense?

Hey if you combine all of the losses for the teams in the ACC in football together, how many years would it take for Syracuse's losses to match that total by themselves? Does that mean Syracuse football has been good?
