It seemed to me that he held off putting Parker/Hood at the foul line until the the last segment of the game. I get the feeling he knew that was the ideal scenario for his offense but also knew JB would adjust to it. I really think he would have gone to it earlier but the game never got away from them so he didn't need to. I really think it was his "closing" move in the chess match.

Agreed. The foul trouble messed it up, but Parker at the top of the key was going to be a load to defend.
