I agree that he looked less than hoped for and I have no idea if he could have contributed in the future. The point is a lot of big time programs are interested in him, so some smart basketball people think he could be of value to their program. People are saying that we have to recruit program kids who will be here for 3-4 years, etc.

He should have been a 4 year kid at the Cuse. Instead he is going to be a 2 year player somewhere else. Coaches are looking at his two or three games where he played well and hope that he can develop into that more consistently. It's a crap shoot. I would recruit him as well. Those coaches have nothing to lose.

Kid started for half the year and did little, and could barely get on the floor on a team with 6, sometimes 7 guys by the end of the year...but yeah, it’s all the coach’s fault. Lol.
