I hope this is the case, but I’m not confident that the offense will dramatically improve. Dino’s answer that the offense will be better just because there won’t be “NFL guys” on on the other side, makes me feel like he has no answers. There’s no way that EVERY player on each of the 3 defenses we’ve just played is of NFL caliber and we just can’t match up. He started out at SU with a scheme that could overcome such gaps and basically is now admitting that he has no clue.

Most of the remaining games are winnable, but they can lose them as well. It’s gonna come down to coaching..

I don’t see any reason why the remaining teams shouldn’t load the box with 6-8, spy GS and force them to throw it. We don’t have WR’s that can create separation consistently. We basically need the defense to force turnovers because the offense just can’t get it done consistently.

Keep Umari Hatcher improving.
Get Damien Alford dialed in.
Throw downfield to Villari.
Sew a new arm on Garret Shrader.

That should be enough to be decent.
