Just my subjective opinion. I bet I am not close to the actual bracket but closer than Lunardi.

Seems all very reasonable. To be honest I don't go through and do a whole seed list at the end.

I can see a Michigan St / Gonzaga 1/2 switch in the west, as it should be relatively easy to build.
